Clyde Chamber of Commerce

Clyde area businesses are invited to join the Clyde Chamber of Commerce which sponsors many of the fun social activities in this community, including the Watermelon Festival, the Christmas Open House, Halloween parade and hayrack ride and the Easter Egg Hunt. Membership is $50 for the year. The Chamber meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at noon at Rosie’s Bar & Grill. For more information, contact President Kelly Kieffer at 785-446-3547.

Property Tax Rebates Encourage Local Investments

Cloud County property owners have the opportunity to receive tax rebates on new construction and remodeling projects for a 5-year period.  The Cloud County Neighborhood Revitalization program rewards property owners who create an increase in the appraised value of their real estate property by $30,000 or more.  To receive the rebates, owners must apply at the County Clerk’s office or the Appraiser’s office.  For more information CLICK HERE.
