Track Results –
At Washington on March 31st, 1st place finishers were Alex Potuzak (3200), Karly VanCampen (1600), Keely Kieffer (shot put), and Allie Bloomfield (discus).

At CCHS on April 7th, both the Eagles Boys & Girls teams placed 1st.  Individual 1st place finishers were Alyssa Hubert (800), Karly VanCampen (1600), Kenzie George (3200), Dani DeRusseau (hurdles), 4x800 relay team, Alyssa Kieffer (pole vault), Keely Kieffer (shot put) Allie Bloomfield (discus), Michael Lambert (100 & 200), Chris Sipe (1600), Alex Potuzak (3200), 4x100 relay team, Bryant Flesher (pole vault), Zach Cyphers (shot put).

The 6th & 7th grade boys won their track meet division at the Washington County meet on March 27th.

Student News
Nine Clifton-Clyde FBLA students qualified for National competition to be held in Atlanta, Georgia this summer.  They are Caitlan Brownell, Stephanie Brownell, Dylan Koch, Trevor Barnes, Kayla Cyr, Ashley Moore, Danielle Derusseau, Jamie Long, and Michaela Koch.

The Middle School Scholar Bowl B Team won 1st place at the regional tournament.  Team members are Austin Biggerstaff, Lucas Branfort, Damian Cyr, William Ohlde, Dalton Porter, and Carmen Resco.

The High School choir earned a I rating at the TVL Music Festival along with two instrumental ensembles.

The High School Forensics team took 1st place at the TVL Tournament.  Nine students have qualified this year to attend state competition on May 3rd:   Megan Blackwood, Levi Cyphers, Ben Detrixhe, Alyssa Hubert, Dylan Koch, Michaela Koch, Alex Price, Anna Rogers, and Barrett Winter.

School Board News
Kara Nobert, middle school history and language teacher, submitted her resignation to the board.  MaryLynn DeLude, head cook, informed the board she intends to retire at the end of the next year.
